If you encounter a problem with your piece which you believe is covered by the Australian Consumer Law, please contact us.

No refunds for change of mind. If you damage your item, we will endeavour to repair it, or find a comparable piece, but care must be taken as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged by you - repairs and replacements for damage are at your expense.
